NANNY'S SWEET NOODLE KUGEL

Ingredients and Preparation
Boil a one pound bag of large broad noodles.
In the meantime combine
In a blender
1/2 pound of cottage cheese or ricotta
1/2 cup sour cream
Yellows of 3-4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup of sugar
One stick of melted margarine
When well blended add all of the above to noodles.
Beat the white of the eggs until it is whipped to a snow.
Blend the whites into the noodle mixture(fold the whites in) Put this whole mixture into a greased rectangular pan(9x12) Dribble some oil on top
Sprinkle cinammon on top.
Bake until it is slightly brown at 350 degrees.
Takes about 1-1 1/2 hours
Let it cool well before cutting.
