Negroni
ingredients
one ounce gin, preferably Bombay Dry
One ounce sweet vermouth, preferably Cinzano Rossi
One ounce Campari
Orange twist
preparation
Combine all liquid ingredients with ice in a mixing glass and stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Squeeze orange twist over drink and slip into glass.
