Ingredients
4 eggs
4 whole matzoh boards
Salt
Oil
Preparation
Run the Matzoh under water and place on a paper towel
Beat the eggs in a large bowl- sprinkle in a little salt
Break up the damp matzoh into little pieces into the egg mixture
Heat oil in a medium size saucepan. When oil is hot put mixture into saucepan.Cook on a medium heat until browned. Flip over
(like an omelet) and fry the other side.
Serve as in picture with sugar on top, or with Salt or Syrup.
