Baked Kosher Salami
This tastes better than it looks and it always a hit as an appetizer.
Place a kosher salami on a baking sheet. A and H kosher salami is delicious!
Pour a cup of sweet and sour sauce over the salami.
Bake in a slow oven (about 300 degrees).
After a half hour spread a half cup more sauce on the salami. Continue to bake, raising the temp to 350 degrees, spooning the sauce over the salami and rotating it while it bakes. It can bake about an hour and a half, until it looks like the picture to the right. Salami should blow up a bit and brown
Cut up the salami and serve with mustard or whatever you prefer.
